Our response

1. We will contact you and discuss your requirements.
2. We will immediately arrange for one of our professionals to visit and survey the area of concern and/or assess the problem.
3. On site we will survey and identify any defects and propose remedial works that will rectify the situation.
4. We will inform you of any emergency action that is required and will be able to arrange the emergency action on your behalf.
5. The findings of our survey, our discussion and recommendations will be confirmed in a recognised structural survey report which will be forwarded to you.
6. Once you have had time to review our recommendations, you will have the option to request us to oversee and project manage any repairs that are recommended.
